Everyone is a unique individual with specific needs. At Hamsa, we like to acknowledge this in our preventive self-care coaching. During your coaching, our therapist will show you how to cook right for your digestion.

As, we might eat the same food but react to it in a very different way.

Today many of us knows, that the effect of food, the digestive process and the method of cooking our ingredients has a major impact on our health and wellbeing. It is a whole science. Ayurveda, the ancient science of health from India, has a tremendous knowledge about food and how to heal with it.

At Hamsa, we were trained in Ayurveda, and learnt to cook therapeutically. Our therapist loves to share her knowledge in her monthly Online Cooking Class. Check it here.

Learn to include common kitchen spices in your cooking to boost your immunity and wellbeing.

Additionally, you will be introduced to some ‘less known’ herbs and spices. Instead of using chemically prepared, addictive substances you will learn to use spices in your cooking to naturally remedy your problems. 

MANAGE YOUR STRESS NATURALLY
