CLASSES, CONSULTATIONS, RETREATS
A “Yoga Class” means a 90 minutes session where you are taught a wide range of Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda techniques. It is a combination of movement and breathing practices. You also learn about yoga and ayurveda philosophy. A class can be face-to-face in the studio, or online in the virtual Hamsa Studio.
“Workshop” means a meeting at which a group of people engage in intensive discussion and activity on a particular subject or project. It can be a yogic-, mindfulness- or ayurvedic workshop (i.e. cooking) where you learn about various herbs and their effects. A workshop is always practical, which means you try out in real life what you heard about. A workshop is normally between 120 – 180 minutes long as you go deep in a particular topic.
A Yoga Bundle means you are entitled to attend a specific class, on a specific day for a number of weeks.
You are requested to wear a form of dress appropriate to the practise Yoga. Footwear should be removed on entry to the premises and left either in the storage area.
Mobile phones’ sounds must be completely silenced (sound and vibration off), or placed on airplane mode upon entry to the Studio. You are asked to keep your phone / tablet / computer OFF throughout your entire visit respecting the teacher and your fellow visitors.
We never ask for your personal details in emails such as your telephone number, mobile number, bank details. We are storing your personal data only on our website and will never share it with a third party. We would never, ever sell your data for any reason.

Once you have logged into your Goggle / Facebook account, click on the Google sign on https://yogi.hamsaintegralyoga.com/ and that will be your Hamsa Yoga Account. – ONCE YOU SIGNED UP you ARE a member. As a member you have your personal Yogi Dashboard account where you can easily find all your bookings to additional classes, workshops, and retreats. This is your virtual space with your personal information.
No. You BOOK YOUR DESIRED CLASSES / THERAPY SESSION WHEN YOU PURCHASE YOUR YOGA BUNDLE. You can easily find the dates in the calendar of the timetable. Just click on the class you like and reserve a slot for yourself in no time. It shows whether there are available places. If there are, once you clicked on it, it will be reserved for you.
BOOKING If you want to book anything with us first decide which subscription or membership suits your needs best. You can see all the options on your Yogi Dashboard under the title CLASSES & CONSULTATIONS. Either you want to book a class, workshop, or a consultation you can easily do it through the Yogi Dashboard’s Yoga Calendar. Click on Yoga Calendar on the top, middle line of https://yogi.hamsaintegralyoga.com/ and choose the class you want to attend. Simply pressing the BOOK NOW button, you will have reserved a place for yourself. Once you complete your payment a confirmation email is sent to you containing all the information you need. Sending out the confirmation mail can take a few minutes after your booking. It will always contain the exact date, time and the links to the occasion(s). Your booked class(es) will appear on your Personal Dashboard, so you will always know when your next session is coming up. PAYMENT You can choose from the following options: (1) PAY AS YOU GO – buy 1 session Payment via PayPal or Bank Transfer IN EURO AND BRITISH POUND. (2) BUY A BUNDLE, OR PASS – buy 4 classes, 6 classes, 10 classes at once. Payment via PayPal or Bank Transfer IN EURO AND BRITISH POUND. (3) CONSULTATIONS AND COACHING can be paid for either one-by-one, or in a bundle of 4 coaching sessions. Payment via PayPal or Bank Transfer IN EURO AND BRITISH POUND. If you see our therapist in the Studio, you can pay cash as well.
If a class / workshop / consultation if cancelled for any reason you will receive an email about it prior to the occasion. An alternative time and date will be offered to you, or a compensation if you prefer that option.
You can always check and see all your bookings, payments on your Yogi Dashboard under the section called My Bookings, My Orders.
(1) Bank Transfer (BACS) – if you choose this option, please allow a few hours to process your data and for admin work. If you are unsure whether your payment will be processed by the banks on time before your upcoming class, please email andi@hamsaintegralyoga.com to advise us of the payment. (2) PayPal
In the event of the Hamsa Yoga and Ayurveda Studio cancelling a Workshop due to unforeseen circumstances you will be fully refunded.
