Rituals are Important in Ayurveda and Yoga

You could do this simple, home ritual before joining the course Clean your worktops and get your kitchen in shape. Place some fresh flowers on your table and light a candle. Lastly, take a minute to quiet your mind before you join: allow the fragrance and beauty of the flowers, and the flame of the candle to clear your mind.

Inspiration: watch this short video on this simple ritual. Andi sets up her kitchen before showing you how to cook an ayurvedic food.
