Who We Are?

The Hamsa Yoga and Ayurveda Studio (registered as Andrea Szentgyorgyi – 5306984409), whose registered office is 52 Roman Way, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 7PQ, UK) takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously and in relation to the management of student and teachers’ personal details we are fully committed to the new General Data Protection Regulation (from now on referred to as GDPR).

This policy explains how we may collect Personal Data about you, what we may use this form for, who will use it and how it is stored.

It also explains some of the security measures we take to protect your Personal Data and tells you certain things we will do and not do. You should read this policy in conjunction with the Website Terms & Conditions.

Hamsa Yoga and Ayurveda Studio goes through an annual compliance regulation, completed by a third-party compliance certifier. Hamsa Yoga and Ayurveda Studio must pass and adhere to rules and regulations to run the yogi.dashboard.com to take payments electronically etc.

When we first obtain Personal Data from you, or when you take a new service or product from us, we will give you the opportunity to tell us if you do or do not want to receive information from us about other services or products (as applicable). You can do this by ticking various boxes when creating your account and you may change your mind at any time when using our services or products by logging into your account and changing these under “data options”.

2.4 The Hamsa Yoga and Ayurveda Studio uses its own Yogi Dashboard App to manage their bookings and client information https://yogi.hamsaintegralyoga.com/.

2.5 Where you give us Personal Data on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have provided them with the information set out in this Privacy Policy and that they have not objected to such use of their Personal Data.

2.6 In connection with any transaction which we enter into with you:

2.6.1 If you provide false or inaccurate information to us and we suspect fraud, we will record this and may share it with other people and organisations. We, and other credit and insurance organisations, may also use technology to detect and prevent fraud.

3. Protecting Information

We have strict security measures to protect Personal Data.

3.1 We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

3.2 We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

3.3 We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, and disclosure of personally identifiable customer information. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.

4. The internet

6. Log Files

Hamsa Yoga and Ayurveda Studio follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analysing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

7. Cookies and Web Beacons

Like any other website, Hamsa Yoga and Ayurveda Studio uses ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. 8. Newsletter Signup

We collect and disclose your name and email address to a third-party service that we use for providing our regular newsletter. Applying for our newsletter you should accept our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and give us your consent to handle and disclose your data by thick the checkbox on the signup form.
