TAILOR MADE YOGA THERAPY TO CURE STRESS

Your private yoga class includes helpful exercises to reduce stress, but also to remove pain from your bones and joints. It improves your cardiovascular, respiratory and digestive health too. Additionally, it is an excellent tool purify your body and mind. However, relaxation does not come naturally for all.

HOW MANY TIMES SHALL I TAKE PRIVATE YOGA THERAPY

When you feel stressed (and lost), once a week will be great. Our classes are 90-minute long as we believe you need more time than an hour to relax. If you can’t schedule a class for each week, join us every second week and your health will surely improve over time.

Especially so, if you have some issues with your back, knees, hips, shoulders, or suffer from mental stress, in a private yoga class our therapist will have enough time to find solutions for your problems. In a group session, with many people around you, you would never get to such depth of yoga therapy as you can in a series of 6-10 personal yoga sessions.

Through our private yoga classes you will learn to relax and stress will diminish by time.

Your blood pressure, and in general the flow of your blood, will improve through your regular practice and you neck problems improve.

Our holistic routine consists of the following stages:

  • Body work = Asana (Sanskrit) a set of special bodily position. 
  • Breath work = Pranayama (Sanskrit) a deep breathing exercise for health.
  • Mind work = Pratyahara (Sanskrit) a unique exercises for the mind that help you relax.

Meditation = Dhyana (in Sanskrit) guiding you to withdraw your attention from the world to your peaceful, inner being

YOGA CHAIRS, BLOCKS AND BLANKETS

We use yoga props, which are simple household items like chairs, belts, and pillows to make your practice easier. Additionally, we introduce a couple of cool, special props, like bolsters (everyone’s favourite) and wooden blocks that will further assist your yoga work.

YOGA IS NOT ONLY FOR YOUNG & FLEXIBLE 

Many people think, that yoga is not for them as they are inflexible, or too old. However, it is a misbelief that you need to be strong and flexible to be able to do yoga. Once, you are introduced to practicing with yoga props you will see how “doable” everything will be.

Our oldest yoga student is 86 years old, and she loves her private yoga classes every week. At the same time, our youngest yoga students were 5 years old, and they too enjoyed their yoga sessions at the primary school. Their parents always told us “my child is so calm after the class and sleeps through the nights now.”
