Each spring and autumn, our studio relocates to the beach in Nea Makri for outdoor yoga and mindfulness retreats. There, we offer immersive yoga practices, Ayurvedic teachings, and creative art classes in a beautiful, serene setting. Andi conducts classes in English, Greek, and Hungarian, ensuring accessibility for a wide range of participants.

Andi Szentgyörgyi (MSc) incorporates mindfulness into her yoga therapy classes. As an Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant, she specializes in stress management, menopause support, and dietary guidance for optimal health.

Yoga & Meditation

With over two decades of international teaching experience, I’m passionate about the transformative power of yoga and meditation. My specialty lies in gentle hatha yoga and mindfulness practices designed to alleviate stress and enhance overall well-being. In my classes, you will learn to slow down and release unwanted tension, incorporating deep yogic breathing techniques that effectively address mental stress. Each session also includes mindfulness meditation, ensuring you leave Hamsa Studio feeling relaxed and with a calm mind.

Ayurveda & Cooking

WHAT KIND OF YOGA 

We practice gentle, hatha yoga at our studio. Usually, the classes are slow-paced and much emphasis is given to deep breathing. You will do many deep and long stretches combines with twists for spinal health. We teach Yin, hatha and Restorative yoga. Read more here.

YOGA & AYURVEDA AS THERAPY

In fact, Andi is a trained Yoga and Ayurveda Wellbeing Therapist. Therefore, she can assist you in lowering stress levels, alleviating migraine pain, with bone and joint pain, and managing menopause symptoms. Her unique program, Stress Management Consultation, is specifically designed to help you address these challenging issues.

WORKSHOPS FOR WELLBEING

In addition to her yoga classes, Andrea also leads monthly workshops on Ayurvedic cooking, where she shares valuable tips for healthy, seasonal eating. These workshops are held either online or in person at the studio’s spacious kitchen, providing a wonderful opportunity to prepare nourishing meals together. During these unique sessions, participants engage in discussions about the health benefits of various ingredients and spices, ensuring you leave with a gorgeous meal to share with your friends.
