We end each session with guided meditation for deep relaxation and energetic purification, followed by Yoga Nidra—the deeply restorative yogic sleep that leaves you feeling refreshed and centered.

This slow-paced yet energizing yoga class is designed to wake you up and prepare you for a wonderful Sunday. You’ll stretch your entire body, breathe with awareness, and twist in all directions to release tension and restore flexibility—especially along the spine. As the body softens, your mind and soul naturally align, creating a sense of inner harmony. 

All yoga sessions end with a beautiful yoga meditation that calms the mind and restores balance in you.
