At Hamsa Studio we offer Preventive Self-care consultation for mental health. We use yoga therapy and ayurveda counselling to help you find optimal balance between your body and mind.
Our therapist will give you exercises for your body and mind. To further assist the establishment of a balanced body and mind we will help you with your diet as well. As it is know since ancient times only in a health body will a healthy mind reside.
But what is the diet for your body? And which meditation is the most suitable for your mind?
Our therapist is an expert in finding the right meditation, yoga and diet. You will be given a written self-care for your body and mind manual after each coaching session. And this manual will include step-by-step guidelines on ‘how to eat’, ‘which meditation to practice’, and ‘specific yoga’ to improve your overall wellbeing.
