  • Place fresh flowers on the table
  • Light a candle to set a calming tone
  • Then, pause for a breath. Let the scent of the flowers and the soft glow of the flame help you settle into presence and peace.

Spices, herbs and medicated oils are used in Ayurveda to heal naturally. They support the immunity when used wisely in daily cooking.
