MEDITATION AND CREATIVITY WORKSHOP
In this workshop, we gather around a large table to create edible mandalas: colorful, wonderfully scented patterns made from fruits, seeds, herbs, spices, and sweet little surprises. While each moment is an invitation to slow down and breathe, participants also remember how wonderful it is to create with their hands.
A playful, meditative sensory journey where natural ingredients become art, and art becomes meditation.
