Edible Mandala Workshop – A Mindfulness Experience

Natural, edible and drinkable ingredients take center stage in this workshop. Dried roses, fragrant herbs, loose‑leaf teas, and fresh flowers become the vibrant foundation of each mandala.

MEDITATION AND CREATIVITY WORKSHOP

In this workshop, we gather around a large table to create edible mandalas: colorful, wonderfully scented patterns made from fruits, seeds, herbs, spices, and sweet little surprises. While each moment is an invitation to slow down and breathe, participants also remember how wonderful it is to create with their hands.

A playful, meditative sensory journey where natural ingredients become art, and art becomes meditation.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP

We begin with a short, guided meditation to arrive in the body, soften the breath, and awaken the senses.

Introduction to mandalas & intention setting: You will learn the simple symbolism of mandalas and choose a personal intention—such as calm, joy, clarity, or self-compassion—to weave into your design.

Sensory exploration of the ingredients: We slowly explore the colors, textures, and aromas of the ingredients: how they feel in the hand, how they smell, what memories they awaken.

Creating your edible mandala: Step by step, you’ll build your mandala from the center outward—placing each element with presence, curiosity, and care.

This meditation and creativity workshop enhances team‑building through art therapy. Our Ayurveda-inspired workshop is ideal for corporate wellbeing events.
