Andi is the heart and soul behind Hamsa Yoga and Meditation Studio, a center for wellbeing nestled in Drosia. As a seasoned yoga teacher and Ayurvedic wellbeing therapist, Andi brings over two decades of experience in guiding individuals toward balance, vitality, and inner peace.

Her retreat — co-led with a fitness personal trainer and a sleep coach — is an immersive journeys designed to restore your body, mind, and spirit. Whether you are seeking to deepen your yoga practice, reset your nervous system, or simply reconnect with yourself, Andi’s integrative approach offers a nurturing space to do just that.

JELENA KOOS — YOUR COACH TO STRENGTH & VITALITY

Jelena is a mom of three, and a lifelong lifter. She is a coach with 17 years of experience in strength training. She dedicated her last 5 years to sleep and recovery. She helps women, especially in their 40s, to build muscle, restore their energy, and break free from the habits that drain them. Her philosophy is simple: Sleep is not a luxury, strength is not optional, and recovery is not negotiable.

This retreat is a space for you to reconnect with your body, recharge your mind, and step into the strongest, grounded version of yourself.
