YOGA ACTIVITIES DURING THE RETREAT
Our gentle yoga sessions alleviate tension from the body and mind. Each session incorporates guided meditation and yogic breathing for a holistic experience. Learn body tapping to release emotional burdens and energise yourself through a special yoga flow. Yoga poses and meditations are practiced comfortably on the floor but get ready to be challenged occasionally. Visualization techniques and sun-salutation will be practice on the beach while watching the Sun rising.

Firstly, we will discuss how to restore your inner balance through practical, ayurvedic techniques naturally.
Then, we will explore the topic of digestion and how to support your health from the inside out. You will learn about natural remedies that are improving your overall health.
As is well known, appropriate nourishment energises both the body and mind. Therefore you will be served freshly prepared, healthy, tasty and seasonal food at our retreat. In addition, wholesome snacks and balancing teas will be served in the breaks.
