In this slow paced yoga class everything is done gently and mindfully. You stretch your whole body, breathe deeply, and twist in all directions to remove every stiffness from your spine. As a result, your mind, body and soul align in harmony.

Additionally, you follow guided visualisation and meditation to improve your memory and release stress to the maximum. In the end, you close your practice with a calming Yoga Nidra.

In this online yoga class you will practice to strengthen your body, improve your balance and relax your mind. Throughout the session you will work to remove stiffness from your joints and mobilise your entire body. Each session is different; the sequences are designed to fit the requirements of the seasons. In the end, you follow guided meditation for full relaxation and purification. Following this yoga class will help you understand your energies and manage them in a beneficial way. We conclude every session with Yoga Nidra the wonderfully energising yogic sleep.

Andi has been teaching this class for 13 years and says ‘There is a nice energy in this friendly group. If you have some experience with home practice, feel free to join us, it will be my pleasure to guide you weekly.’
